Lip Glacé in Bare Baby
I find Laura Mercier Lip Glacé formula very pleasant for a lip gloss! It’s super lightweight, non-sticky, and provides high shine with a beautiful lip plumping effect. The scent is also pleasant — sweet milky vanilla type that does not linger. Bare Baby is a gorgeous shimmery peachy pink that is great for layering but the shimmer is barely noticeable when worn.

Cha Cha Tint
Cha Cha Tint is a “sheer mango”-tinted lip and cheek stain. In person it’s more of a bright coral that is flattering on my medium NC30 skin tone. It doesn’t smell anything like mango, though, unfortunately! I use it more as a cheek stain than lip stain (can be drying on lips). You have to blend right away or it can leave stain marks. Once it’s on, it stays on all day and night!

Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils Baby Doll
I love Baby Doll for its lengthening effect! It doesn’t seem to volumize much (but nothing ever does on my short and sparse lashes!). The black is jet black. The rubber wand separates lashes really well and the formula doesn’t get clumpy when layered. I really love this mascara except for one thing — it smudges. My fix? I apply it over my favorite lash primer. Voila! :D

From all the Benefit tints, I think I might get along the best with Cha Cha. I’m not sure I’m on with the applicator though. I tried Sun Beam and it just wasn’t as mess-free as I had expected!
Sun Beam is such a pretty color, though! I just use my ring finger to dab it on the top of my cheeks and blend right away. Cha Cha Tint is a bit more challenging to use as it stains right away as soon as you put it on. Super speedy hand is a must! :) TGIF, Sunny!

I love Cha Cha tint! It’s one of those easy blushes that look great with anything you pair it with. I’ve never tried a Laura Mercier Lip Glace but it sounds rave-worthy!

I adore the Laura Mercier Lip Glacé, it might very well be the only lip gloss I’ve ever used up – that means something! Haven’t tried the others though. I’m a bit scared of the Benefit tints, don’t ask why, haha.

I love the Laura Mercier gloss sample (Blush?) that I have too! :-D I’m not sure I’ll ever be loyal enough to one gloss to buy a full size though, so I’d definitely go for a mini set if I bought more, LOL! I wish I had some more mascara samples – I used all mine up, and my full size mascara just turned (it was almost empty anyway), so I’m mascaraless! SHOCK! Although mascaras don’t usually wow me, it’s hard to make a ‘look’ finished without it :-P It’s curlers and tightlining for me for a while until I save up enough gold for another mascara :-P

I LOVED the original YSL Faux Cils and the first tube never smudged or anything! But the second did, so I stopped using them. I also hate lash primers with a passion but maybe I’ll give the combo a try in the future when I can throw $80 at lash issues, lol.
I used to find lash primers unnecessary… they don’t do anything but weigh my lashes down, until I met Subversion! This is hands down the best lash primer I’ve used so far! I hope you will give it a try some day! :D
