Ha ha, yeah… someone else told me that, too… it’s like every language has a word Jaa that means something… for several languages it means “yes” (sort of) and in some other languages Jaa is simply a boy’s name, or a type of food, lol.

VIB has a $20 off $50 too! BI gets $15 off $50 hehe.

I’m a VIB but Sephora does not ship to address forwarders any more T_T
How am I ever gonna get my Sephora fix!?!?

Singapore has a Sephora too but the prices are higher! Plus we rarely get samples (literally none even if you make a purchase) and discounts :(
    The Naked 1 and 2 palettes are S$80 = US$61!
    The Vice 2 palette costs S$88 = US$67

Oh, forgot to comment on other things, lol. If you want me to ship your sephora orders to you, let me know I can help. :D

Sorry to hear about the higher price! That sucks… and here they almost beg you to get samples, lol. Again, let me know if you want me to send along the samples, too!!! I can get samples of pretty much everything at the store… they are very, very generous. :)

Thanks Jaa, that’s really nice of you! ^_^

Maybe I could send you a few Asian cosmetics too? Hehe, let’s continue on Twitter DM :D

    Jaa,
You are very lucky to be getting samples. The Sephora inside JCPennys and the stand alone store are very rude and act as though they are paying for any samples you ask for. I’m a VIB and you would think that stood for beggar. It almost makes me not want to shop at any Sephora. In fact I ordered some shampoo and conditioner on line and when I received them they had stickers on them that read sample not for resale. I called customer service and all they did was apologize and said if I wanted to pay to return them they would exchange them. Starting to wonder if this is the store for me.

      Hi Lori,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The staff at my local Sephora are quite friendly and wouldn’t mind giving me any samples so I guess it varies from store to store? Were the shampoo and conditioner you ordered full size or sample size? If they’re sample size I don’t think they have the right to sell them in the first place. I wouldn’t be happy either if I were you so I understand. :(
